First up we have the ice bath station - or just a normal bath if icy temperatures aren't for you. Plunging into an ice bath has been shown to not only help ease muscle pain and inflammation but stimulate and repair the central nervous system.

We have a beautiful yoga studio on-site to enjoy during your stay. You don’t have to be a guest to attend yoga sessions at Kip and Nook, we have regulars who enjoy our classes as well.
