We have a beautiful yoga studio on-site to enjoy during your stay. You don’t have to be a guest to attend yoga sessions at Kip and Nook, we have regulars who enjoy our classes as well.

It is a tranquil light space to take time for yourself & unwind during your flow.

Our classes are 1 hour long.
